Otter Creeks culinary style focus’s on home cooked, mouth watering meals. A trip to Otter Creek is one part hunting, one part adventure and three parts “Delicious”.

Otter Creek’s Menu

All meals are planned and prepared by our Chef, Ronnie Sawatsky.

Credentials:Food Safety Course, Journeyman Chef for 20 years, Professional Caterer for 25 years, 2 year Food Service Administration Diploma, Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) course

If you have any allergies or special requests, Ronnie is happy to oblige. Please let us know in advance and rest assured, you will not go hungry. Ronnie is certified to provide Qualified Menu Planning for Special Diets .
